For a woman, this is ok but it is not healthy,especially if you are spending time at night watching haram stuff!

You should try to sleep soon after isha. You should be punctual with the morning and evening dhikr, and make ruqyah on yourself.

I sleep after fajr(6;30am) and wake up just an hour before aasr starts so I can pray zuhr. I cant change this habit, I feel guilty, is it bad and Is it shaitan mkn it worse for me? what should I do?.. seriously anxious about this sleep cycle
