ANSWER:

As long as they are doing it in front of you, you must advise them or you will be held accountable on the day of judgement for not telling them! They will blame you for not advising them. 

I see people committing SHIRK i dont tell them is it that i also committed shirk if i dont tell them. Is it compulsory in islam to advice or tell others. People commit many sins infornt of me do i need to advice or tell each one of them everytime.
