ANSWER:

If you are reciting it loudly in fajr, maghreb and isha, in the 1st 2 rakah, this is according to the sunnah providing that no non mahram can hear that. 

However, insisting to raise your voice this much just to make sure of the makharij, this can lead to OCD where it becomes a nightmare just to try and recite the Quran because of satan messing with your mind and making you doubt whether you had said it correctly or not. 

I recite quran aloud because it helps me pronounce the makhaarij correctly. But i read that (i think its a hadith) that the one who recites quran in low voice is like the one who gives sadaqah quietly. So its not right for me to recite loudly in my own room? My family might hear me reciting from my room.
