ANSWER:

There’s no problem at all in doing Ruqya yourself and you won’t be excluded from the 70 thousand because of this. 

The people who would be excluded are those who ask others to do ruqya for them. 

I read that one conditions to be among the 70000 who are going to jannah without any judgement is not allowed others to do roqya on us.Actually I have a disease, bleeding that medical treatment didn’t cure until I recite ayatul kursy and Ikhlass,Falakh and Nass multiple times per day. That is my cure.So my question is : Is that could prevent me to be among there 70000 people?
