ANSWER:

This is an issue of dispute as per the hadeeth of abu Huraira May Allah be pleased with him. The most authentic opinion is that this is not mandatory but rather recommended as a punishment to prevent women from wearing perfume when they go out. 

I read somewhere that if a woman goes out after wearing perfume, ghusl becomes compulsory on her. Is it true?

I have a T-shirt which says “الله اكبر” which I just bought but now I wonder if it would be permissible to enter the washroom whilst wearing it? Must I at least cover by zipping up my jacket or must I take it off entirely. Or can one even have such T-shirts?
