ANSWER:

No problem even if you stand right next to them or even in front of them and pray as long as you are praying individually and not in congregation with them.

I pray on the side and slightly behind my brothers as there is not much space and we pray individually. Not completely behind them a little like 1/3rd below them. If I go all the way back it gets really hot as there is no fan at the back and it gets difficult for me to concentrate in Salah. Is this permissable?
