ANSWER:

Yes, you are sinful for breaking the fard fast that you were making up. Repent to Allah sincerely and never do it again. 

I niyyah fasting sunnah and compensate the previous year every Mon and Thur. Once My mom visited me so I wanted to take her eat out , relax . She won’t go out because I am fasting she told me she felt ashamed and considerate if she eats in front of me and I don’t. So I break fasting on that day. Am I sinful??
