ANSWER:

As long as you pray it before sunrise, your prayer is valid. As for whether you are sinful or not, this depends on whether you could have gotten up but chose not to or you were unable to get up. Allah is your judge.

I made taawba that I wouldnt miss my fajr salah again and that as soon as I either hear my alarm ring or that somebody wakes me up I wont fall back asleep until Ive prayed but I do fall back asleep and get up and pray my fajr a little later but within the time, am I sinful? do I have to offer expation?
