If you give them, Allah will reward you. But if you strongly believe that they are not needy and they are professional beggars, you shouldn’t give them and look for real needy people and give them sadaqah

I m converted to Islam and people her can tell I am not from here. As a result I get a lot of beggars, both male and female asking me for money. I am not sure as to what I should do in this case. I don’t want to say I don’t have as they are asking for less than 10cents, but at the same time I don’t want to encourage begging. Please advise me as to what I should do.
