Once a person assumes Ihram, he may not take it off until he finishes
his rituals! However, if you had stipulated a condition before
entering the state of Ihram and said that if something would to
prevent you from finishing your ritual, then you may break your Ihram,
if you did say that, you can break your Ihram without a problem.

If you didn’t say that, you must either stay in Makkah or go back to
your home while still in the state of Ihram until you get pure and
then go back to Makkah to finish your Umrah.

I live in Riyadh. And it happened to me couple of times while we on our way to Makkah or after reaching Makkah mine or my daughter’s period start before umrah. And we can’t exceed our stay for many valid reasons. Like husband’s office, affordability etc. So we ( me or my daughter) had to return home without performing umrah. Pls advice what to do.
