I live in my mother’s house and recently wed, my husband lives on the opposite coast but will be moving here soon Insha’Allah and into my mom’s house with me. She will still be the owner of the house and main provider even when he gets a job here so I was wondering would I need to get his permission whenever I leave the house?

Im the only son of my parents who are aged and sick. Before marriage,i said to wife that im looking for someone who will stay with me and my parents and she agreed then. i have no other brothers, no issues of non mahram here.now she is asking for her own house, and as Im not agreeing to this, she is now looking for divorce. My question is if one’s parents give money n jewellery to their daughter on their wedding m after on any occasion like eidi on eid etc, so husband have right on the wifes money because in pakistan men this if we not work its ok wife money is their money to spend on their family.
