To perform Tamat’tu, you must not return to your home in Al Qunfutha after you perform Umrah. If you return to your home, you are not in Hajj Tamat’tu anymore.

I live and work in Al-Qunfuda , 380 kms south of jeddah . It lies outside of the miqat (yalamlam). What type of hajj should i perform ? If i perform hajj ‘tamattu’ do i have to stay within the boundaries of miqat between umrah and hajj?
