I know plucking of eyebrows is haram but what is to be done if someone has extremely thick eyebrows. What is the upper and lower limit above which the hair will not be considered part of eyebrow. I mean what about the hair that grow as down as on the eyelids so what should we do about them?? Can we remove those growing on lids?? Kindly specify the upper and lower limits.

It’s totally prohibited to remove the eyebrows by any means and it comes under major sin.
You can bleach the extra hair but must conceal this in front of non mahram men and while going out as this comes under adornment. However, if the eyebrows becomes harmful or hazardous as in the case when it impairs one’s vision, one can cut only that hair.
