Your motivation and reason to maintain your prayers must be for the sake of Allah and to escape from the torment of the grave and hellfire!

I know it’s really bad but I keep missing some prayers & im trying to fix it for >a year, but keep falling back. Would it be shirk if I try the following as motivation?: ‘I hope i find someone to marry in 2-3 years, but unless I fix myself first a practicing person wont marry me’. If I use that as motivation to push myself to not skip(bc i do wanna marry), is that shirk?
