It is permissible for a person who is not performing Hajj to make Umrah on the 10th of Thul Hijjah and there is no sacrifice required at all.

However, you will no be permitted by the authorities to enter the Haram without a permit as it is the season of Hajj and they presume anyone wearing the Ihram to be going for Hajj.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHETHER I CAN DO UMRAH ON 1OTH DHUL HIJJA( EID UL ADHA) AS SOMEBODY TOLD ME THAT IT IS PROHIBITED AND IF I DO I HAVE TO GIVE A SHEEP AS SACRIFICE.
