If the intention is to learn about Islam, this shouldn’t be with the opposite sex.

I just want to know chatting on facebook with na mahram or any other website is it allowed in islam. Please clarify. And if it for sake of allah i mean to learn about islam then what are the conditions. If they stay in two different countries.
