Do not stoop down to such a level where you ask a man to marry you.

I joined an online forum about a year ago for Muslim to share knowledge and discuss topics.There is a guy who I am impressed by and I am thinking of proposing to him. I am not ready to marry now(parents and distance) but I hope to be in a years time. Should I tell this brother my intention or do I delete myself from the fourm because I fear it to be shaytan trap.
