There is no punishment mentioned however, you must try to revise it to the best of your ability. Find a good relatable friend who shares your compassion for the Quran and revise a fixed portion every day like clockwork.

I hifz quran in child hood now i dont remember it full I have 3 children now I want to revise but it takes 1 hour for me to learn 1 ruku now It got verry disturbing for me Can u plz tell me is there any punishment if we forget the Quran?
