ANSWER:

Ahlu sunnah wal Jama’ah believes that whoever comes to Allah with sins other than shirk, they are up to Allah’s Devine will; if He wills it, they are forgiven and if He doesn’t will it, they will do their time in hell. 

I heard that Allah said that come to me with however many sins you have, but if you don’t do Shirk, I’ll forgive you. But then I hear no matter how pious you are, misbehaving to parents will get you to Hellfire. Also that woman who behaved badly with neighbour, and that other one who locked a cat in a room and it died, they all went to Hellfire. Why they weren’t forgiven?
