…Someone asked this person if this is from the Sunnah and he said -No.,but even reading on lote leaves that are crushed and put in water and to bathe with that water is not from the Sunnah. This person is an ahle hadith,and follows the right aqeedah,but this thing I want to be sure about.

You should report this to the authorities as this is not part of the Sunnah and it is an innovation.
