I’m from Bangladesh. Today I was late for asr salah in our local masjid.So,I and another 2 person made a second jamayat because the first jamayat was over. After our salah was completed, some people told me that I can’t make a second jamayat in local masjid. They say there is a fatwa that only a traveller can make a second jamayat.
