This is an issue of dispute among scholars. The most authentic opinion is that it is not permissible to face or give your back to the Qibla when answering the call of nature.

However, if your toilet was built this way and it is too hard or not possible to change it, I hope that this is OK as in the case of hotels and other toilets.

But if you can change it, that would be best

I have some of my bathroom toilets in my house alligned in such away that one faces qiblah when using the facility.
