ANSWER:

Making your own duaa is permissible without any problem as this is not prescribed and you are not saying it in a prescribed time or position.

I have made my own Dua in Arabic by combining bits and pieces from proven Duas from Hadith. i have read in hadith that Prophet Muhammad (may peace and blassing of Allah be upon him) had accepted when people made dua in their own words
