As long as he is considered to be Muslim, we have to obey him and not rebel against him.

I have heard two opposing ruling about the current situation in the Arab countries, saying it’s permissible to get rid of an oppressive ruler and another saying not permissible because of a Hadith that says to be patient with the current ruler. Which is the correct opinion?
