No its not true.

I have heard a claim that leading witr salah is an innovation and that doing congregational dua in the witr is also an innovation, is this true? What are the evidences supporting doing these practices?

i wanted to ask one question regarding fajr salah. I am currently in Dubai. Here in the mosque where i go, the Imam during the salah after first Rakaah and just before going to the sujood for the second raakah, keeps on standing and makes Dua. After That he goes to the sujood and the Salah is completed. So i wanted to ask you is this permissible in the light of Quran and Sunnah.
