ANSWER:

If she doesn’t have the money, she must sell some of it and pay the zakat. However, if the husband willing wants to pay it on her behalf, by her authorization, this is permissible.

 

I have gold jewellery given by my parents at marriage…m not earning to pay my zakaat…shud I sell my jewellery every year to pay zakaat???how can a woman pay if she is not earning?
