ANSWER:

This is not permissible. 

If he is classified as poor or needy, you can give it to him and he may do with it what he wants. If he is not, then you can’t give him from your zakat and he is obliged to provide for you.

I have few medical expenses every month and my husband is not able to carry out those..can I pay for my medical expenses from my salary and count it as my zakat for next year(without telling my husband that it is zakat amount)? As I’m not sure if I will be able to continue with my job next year and will be able to fulfill my zakat obligations

One brother owns a shop with goods. He pays zakaat in ramadan. In ramadan he makes discounts on his goods, other shops do not do discounts. Should he pay zakaat on discounted value of his goods or non discounted or he should pay zakah based on the average market price in the market place?
