ANSWER:

Those who said yes must not be asked about issues on Fiqh as the prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam had clearly said in an authentic hadeeth: there are no 2 witr on the same night!

If you had prayed witr in the beginning of the night, you must pray 2×2 afterwards without repeating the witr. 

I have asked a few scholars from the fiqh about witr prayers and the responses conflict. My question is if you pray Witr prayers after Isha and then wake up for Tahajjud, do you have to pray 1 rakat to even the Witr, then pray the Tahajjud prayer, followed by the Witr again? Some scholars say yes and others say no. I’m confused.
