As for your uncle, this is an allegation that has two parties! islamically speaking, we can’t take your sister’s word for granted and accuse this man without any Proof! If someone accuses you of raping him, would we believe that? Therefore, your father can’t sever his kinship on your sister’s accusation! Besides, this might have had happened years ago and this man might have repented.

I have an uncle who molested my older sis when she was a young girl and I was also molested at a young age by a cousin. Me and my sister can’t stand them by she doesn’t express it the way I do. When they are over at our place I tend to be cold and ignore them. I know it’s not right to behave such way but they were molesters. We should be nice but i mostly have a hard time being nice to them. I can’t stand them. I even told my father to never invite them if he cares about me and my sister. Was it wrong for me to tell him that?
