ANSWER:

It means that he must condemn it in his heart and must leave that place and company. 

I have a question regarding the prominent hadith where it says that one should change evil with his hand then with his mouth and if he can’t do that he should condemn it with the heard. My question is what does that mean? Does hating the evil with the heart mean that one has to leave the place or is it just sufficient to condemn the haram actions that one sees? ‏

I think presented my question wrongly. I am very aware of Surah 24:30.But I am confused that you said one can only look at a girl at the initial meeting. I thought if one is quite sure that the marriage will go through, one can look at the girl to make him go ahead based on the hadith of Jabir ibn Abdillah and others.Did is misunderstand the ahadith or what is the evidence that I am wrong?
