I am quite shocked by your question. When you say you are devote Muslim, how can this be when you are not meant to travel to another city without a mahram? It is prohibited  for you to move out the house or even leave the house without the prior approval of your father. If he tells you not to go to any university, you are obliged to obey him! Besides, it is prohibited to go to mixed universities and you can apply to online universities.

I have a question regarding moving out. as a young muslima I am planning to go to a univercity in another city(I have tried to find schools close by) I won’t have time to travel all the way everyday. My parents dont want me to move out, they think of it as a scandal and i’ve tried explaining that i am a devote muslim and i wouldnt do anything haram. they refuse to listen.
