Working with gays should not be her concern as much as working in a conventional riba based bank because this is totally prohibited and her income is haram. Besides a muslim woman should not work in a mixed place.  

I have a friend who works for …. bank. She has some ‘gay’ colleagues working with her. Often she tells me, “Gays are the safest male ( or whatever)on earth, you’ll expect no harm from them. And this is what makes me comfortable in my office zone.” I feel it too disturbing because gays r absolutely haram in our religion and sometimes I try to explain her. Please give me advice.
