No problem, but he has to advise his brother! Also, if the car was interested from the money used in their mutual business, he should tell him that he doesn’t want any haram transactions in their business or he will leave this partnership!

I have a friend and he is caught in a serious problem.He shares the business with his brother but does not have much say in the business and family matters. His  brother has now purchased a new car on interest basis. Is it permissible for him to drive that car?
