If there are days you can fast, you must make up the missed fasts without paying any fidya.

Feeding is only for those who are chronically ill and can’t make these days up. 

I have a chronic illness (lupus). I’ve been diagnosed from 9. I’m now 17. I didn’t know the signs of reaching puberty and only thought I reached it from 13, so I didn’t pay fidya before that. With my illness, there is no cure, I take daily medication, sometimes less or more, but I cannot stop the medication. I can become in remission, when I feel healthy I fast, and sick I don’t. Can I pay fidya?
