If you are covering your body properly and not exposing your thighs and not also wearing tights, this is permissible, providing that you are not exposing yourself to Awrah of other women

I have a chance to work in a health spa where there will be a mix of Muslim women and non-Muslim women. The woman who will be my employer has asked me to dress in spots wear clothing while working, is this ok?
