Following the Sunnah is following the path of the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam in his worship, ethics, manners, characteristics and everything else.
To do this, one must read his sirah or biography to learn how to adopt his way of living. One must also ask scholars to clarify things so that he wouldn’t be learning wrong things or understanding them in the wrong fashion.
