I have 1 confusion… I want to know if I performing umrah or hajj what is a rule of wearing socks in men? Recently I saw a Pakistan prime minister performing umrah with socks… is it allow.

I am a resident of Jeddah,we were on a road trip to Taif yesterday,while returning back home one of the guy in our group said that we need to take the Non-Muslim Highway that connects Jeddah and Hada bypassing the city of Makkah,else we would be required to perform umrah if we enter the city of Makkah otherwise Damm is wajib.He confirmed this with a Hanafi Scholar Please guide

We live in Jedda.My daughter Went into ihraam in Jedda WITHOUT condition as I forgot to inform her about it.Got to hotel in makka she started her menses which usually last 10days.We were adviced that she can remove her from the state of ihraam and there is no blame on her.No penalty applies due to her NOT being aware of having to had stipulated a condition attached to her niyyah. Is this correct.
