If it (Medical Insurance)is done by the company then it is permissible.

As for the credit card: If they are paying for it, this is permissible, but if you have to pay for it, you  shouldn’t use it if it is interest based.

I got a job in qatar and this company providing me medical insurance and credit card. I believe that these are haram in Islam but I have no option but to take them. Will I be sinful even if I dont use them?
