I get bad thoughts during reading quran and praying salah whenever i get them i break my salah and start again. Should i continue praying?

I am suffering from OCD.i have read about actions that nullify islam.since reading I have developed extreme fear that What if I do something that will took me out of islam? What if I laugh at my religion etc.what if during disbelief thought in my mind i laugh?WiLL I be excused if I did something in this mental condition or will i get out of islam ?please advice I find no way out.

I always feel depressed on my iman and my life in general , i can stay the whole day having bad thoughts on my mind , which are not good to say , mostly on my religion and Other people sometimes even the ones who have passed away. Sometimes i used to be imam in my nearby mosque i even getting worried on my Wudhu that maybe i polute ,its alot of contravening things on mind
