If this is your hometown which you will eventually go back to to live even after years from now, you must complete your prayers. But if you have migrated from it and would never go back to live in it at all, you may shorten the prayers providing the distance is a traveling distance and the people in your community consider it as traveling.

I don’t live (and have never permanently settled) at my grandparent’s place which is legally my hometown and domicile district. Should I pray Qasar or full prayer there? And what about my maternal grandparent’s place? Both the places are more than 100 miles from where I live.
