I didn’t understand your question. If I understand it correctly, you are not allowed to recite the Fatiha while the Imam is reciting it. You can recite it if the Imam finishes reciting it. If there is not enough time, his recitation would be a recitation for you.

I don’t always finish reciting surah fatiah when the iman says ameen, should i continue reciting surah fatiah or stop to say ameen and then continue reciting the surah.
