I committed Kufr and Shirk often and repented those I could remember. What about those I can‘t remember because every major sin needs to be repented seperately and what about Kufr/ Shirk I do unconsciously ? Even though I pray 5 times a day and say La Ilahe Ilallah often, I have worries that I am not a muslim because of unrepented Kufr/ Shirk… What should I do?

You must repent in general from what angers Allah and from the sins you remember and also those you don’t remember.
