I borrow some amount from my sister now I Have to return that amount but I will not return all money at one time she know this thing and she didn’t have any problems. Can I use my interest money to remove my debt(karz) can my sister take that money

sheikh my father is involved in in riba since very long , we brothers have tried our level best to explain him. He says he is not using te money in food but in unnecessary things like electric bills and and other housebhold bills… what should we do how to make him stop this .. what is the ruling for it and is it ok to spend this money like this .
