ANSWER:
This is in the hands of Allah.
It may take some time but you don’t have an option as it is either not reciting ruqya or reciting it and making loads of duaa begging Allah for cure and tolerating any pain you may suffer on the way.
Hopefully you will be rewarded for your patience, your ruqya and your trust in Allah and you will be answered whenever Allah wills it.
Remember that this is your test from Allah and you must pass the test and do well.
