This is not permissible. You have to either look for a more suitable job or reach a compromise with your boss to give you time and you make it later or reduces your par for allowing you to pray.

I am looking for a full time job but vast majority of the jobs are between 9am – 5pm Mon to Fri. In terms of reading jummah jammat on Friday is it permissible for me to read dhur at work?
