You recite the whole three surah once, you blow in your hands and then wipe your body. You do this again and for the 3rd time.

I am having a problem finding the manners/duas before sleeping in detail. For example I read al-ikhlaas, alFalaq and anNaas three times in palms,then wipe ourself with our hands from our head throughout the body. Does this mean we recite Surat al Ikhlaas three times then wipe? And we do the same with the other 2 suras? Or we recite them all at once? When do we do the light spitting in our palms?
