ANSWER:

It is not permissible to throw these items as all these belong to the deceased person’s heirs. If the heirs all agree on giving these in charity then it should be given in charity but should not be thrown away. 

I am from India and here people say that we should give away or throw the belongings of a deceased person. I believe that Donating their clothes may benefit them but throwing is not a good one to do. Please explain
