This depends on the nature itself, however, if you have no unnecessary
contact to the women, this seems permissible.

I am doing online business for my earning. I hire indian Female writers (better than males) for writing articles for my business. I simply give them topics to write on and they send me articles. There is no direct contact with any female, only exchange of topics and articles is done online.I just email them topics and they mail me back. Is this halal or haram?
