It is a major sin to miss salah for no valid reason. You can always go to the toilet and then pray for five minutes and go back to work. You don’t have to go to a special place or to the masjid if work doesn’t permit you.
If your current employer does not allow you to do even this, then change your job!

I am aware that we cannot pray the deliberately missed salah. But my question is – I live and work in a non muslim country(India) and I can not pray Asr as my employer would not accept me removing time from work hours for my personal work ,though I pray dhuhr in lunch break. I needed to know, is this considered deliberately missing salah?
