As long as you believe it is mandatory to wear it, you must not take it off for studying as this is not an important thing to do.

I am a young sister who wants to wear the niqaab, but I study at a college which does not allow me to wear it what should I do? Am I sinning if take my niqaab off to study and then putting it back on when I leave college?
